If you proceed with Aftermarket Battery Replacment, you will see the following message on your device after the repair is completed.

Additionally, although the battery has been replaced and is at maximum capacity, you may still see a "Service Battery" status or no Battery Health percentage on the Battery Health section of the Settings page. It is important to note that this message does not indicate any issues or defects with the new battery. Rather, it simply signifies that the battery has been replaced with a new one that is equally functional and capable as the original. Rest assured that these messages have no impact on the performance of your device.
What if the issue turns out to be different than originally thought?

In the event that the issue with your device is found to be different than originally thought, we will provide you with a revised quote and time estimate for the repair. This estimate will take into account any additional parts or labour required to address the issue. If you choose to proceed with the revised estimate, we will proceed with the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the revised estimate, we will return your device to you. Please be advised that a minimum service fee of $66 will be applied to cover the labour time spent on the device. Please Note: We may not be able to return your device at its original state.
