What if my device is bent or has chassis damage?

In cases where the device is bent, the severity of the bend will determine the extent of the repair required. If the bend is not too severe, we may be able to replace the rear glass. However, there may be a noticeable gap between the glass and the chassis. We recommend getting the housing replaced or using a heavy-duty case to ensure the device is protected, these can be purchased at all of our stores. If the bend is more severe, it may be necessary to replace the housing to allow the device to be put back together properly. If the device has chassis damage, we strongly recommend getting the chassis replaced to maintain the structural integrity of the device.
