You may not be able to use your device straight away if you see Disable/Unavailable Message on the screen after the repair:
Resetting the device is the only solution. It is important to note that resetting the device will result in the loss of all data and settings, and the device will need to be set up again.
What if my device is bent or has chassis damage?

In cases where the device is bent, the severity of the bend will determine the extent of the repair required. If the bend is not too severe, we may be able to replace the screen. However, there may be a noticeable gap between the screen and the chassis. We recommend getting the housing replaced or using a heavy-duty case to ensure the device is protected, these can be purchased at all of our stores. If the bend is more severe, it may be necessary to replace the housing to allow the device to be put back together properly. If the device has chassis damage, we strongly recommend getting the chassis replaced to maintain the structural integrity of the device.
What if the issue turns out to be different than originally thought?

In the event that the issue with your device is found to be different than originally thought, we will provide you with a revised quote and time estimate for the repair. This estimate will take into account any additional parts or labour required to address the issue. If you choose to proceed with the revised estimate, we will proceed with the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the revised estimate, we will return your device to you. Please be advised that a minimum service fee of $66 will be applied to cover the labour time spent on the device. Please Note: We may not be able to return your device at its original state.
Will my Face ID work after the repair?

Yes, your Face ID should work just as well after the repair, assuming it was functioning properly prior to the repair. However, if the damage is severe and near the Face ID sensors, we cannot guarantee that it will work after the screen repair. In addition, if your Face ID is not functioning properly, you may see a similar message:
